What Is Acro & Aero Yoga?
Acro Yoga combines partner yoga, acrobatics, and therapeutic elements, while Aero Yoga adds the use of aerial hammocks to explore supported lifts and flows. Together, they create a unique practice that encourages communication, awareness, and teamwork.
No prior acro or aerial experience is needed—movements are introduced progressively and safely.
