Seema Sehgal Wadhwa

Where strength meets grace, and movement becomes mindful.

Seema Sehgal Wadhwa is a certified yoga and aerial yoga trainer with a deep passion for helping individuals build strength, confidence, and balance through mindful movement.

Her teaching approach is rooted in traditional yoga philosophy and enhanced by modern movement practices, functional training, and breath awareness. Seema believes that true wellness is not about pushing the body to extremes—but about understanding it, respecting it, and supporting it through every stage of life.

With specialized experience in pre and post-natal care, women’s wellness, and kids’ movement programs, she creates a safe, nurturing, and empowering space for her students. Each session is thoughtfully designed to improve mobility, functional strength, and inner calm while encouraging long-term well-being.
